In our vibrant kitchen, innovation and tradition collide to create a symphony of flavors. From our signature Bao Buns to the delicate art of sushi, each dish is a testament to our commitment to offering you a surprise in every bite.

What started as a dream became reality in September 2023, when we opened the doors of our first location at America House, Bucharest – a place where Japanese street food culture found its home in the heart of the city. Encouraged by the warmth of our guests and the energy of the community, we expanded in May 2024 with our second location on Calea Victoriei, bringing the Sagakura experience to one of Bucharest’s most iconic streets.

In April 2026, the journey continued beyond the capital with the opening of Sagakura Bacău – our third location and first step outside Bucharest, bringing the same spirit of Asian culinary innovation to a new city.
